This is not only because of the therapies which she provides, but because of the type of person she is. She makes sure to create a relaxed atmosphere, I felt immediately at ease the moment I attended my first session.
In all honesty I had a pessimistic view of what I would get out of reflexology as I didn't think it would be possible to achieve results by receiving treatment through my feet but I have been proven wrong!
I started seeing Kim in a bid to seek alternative therapy as I suffer with under active thyroid. I was diagnosed 8 years ago and as many people who struggle with this will know, it's not always possible to control it with the medication prescribed by the doctors, and there can also be conflicting information about. I've struggled with my weight, fatigue and general well being and was recommended to see Kim through a mutual friend and I'm so glad that I did.
